Mr Tumushime-Buturo. Chairman. (Theatre Users Committee) : Holds MBCHB, MMED (ENT), MSC Clin EPI, FCS (ECSA), Employed as a consultant by Min of Health and Child Welfare, He runs own surgery as an ENT Surgeon. He is also a Director of Entopic Services and Suppliers.

Prof. I.T. Gangaidzo 1st Chairperson (1995 to 2001) He was the founding Chairman of the group (1996 to 2001). His qualifications include; FRPC (Lond), BMBCh (Oxford), FCP (ECSA). He is the current President of the East, Central and Southern Africa College of Physicians (ECSACOP) and is affiliated to University of Zimbabwe College of Health Sciences. He hold various other board appointments.

Dr T.T. Kambarami 2nd Chairperson (2002-2011) Kambarami is the former group Chairman from 2002 to December 2011. He holds the following qualifications; LRCP, MRCS, DIH, MCPCP(Z). He has been in private practice since 1986. He is also the Director of Toresai Investments and Anything African (Pvt) Limited.

Mr E. Jinda Human Resources Chairperson : Holds a BSC(Hons), degree in Psychology and Sociology, FIPMZ, Has worked as a Personnel Training Officer, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources and Quality Executive as well as Human Resources Director for various companies. He is currently the Managing Director of Proserve Consulting Group. Other Directorships include, Standards Association of Zimbabwe, Stanbic Bank, BOC Pension Fund, St Julius Educational Trust and Midlands State University.

Dr M.N. Chimedza 3rd and current Board Chairperson (2012 to date) Chairman of the group from January 2012 to end of 2021, and is a holder of B.Sc MB, Ch.B, MCPCP. He has been in private medical practice since 1995. Before going into full private practice he was the Medical Superintendent of Harare Central hospital.

Mr C. Muzondo Finance Committee Chairperson Holds BAcc (UZ), MBL (UNISA), CA (Zimbabwe), He has vast experience in Finance and administration having worked as an Audit Supervisor, Accounting Manager, Group Accountant, Finance and Admin Director, Divisional Executive with various companies
